Regardless of who puts out the next game,If Steam or any other type of online requirement is needed I won't be buying into it.

if anything it by rights should be treyarch as activision  give them a turn each from what i can remember.

Does any one know what the next call of duty will be? If so whos making it: treyarch or infinityward.

Interesting that this thread should be brought back to life because MW2 has turned out to be complete poo! 

Call of Duty World at War… at least that had dedicated servers and "real-time" punk busting.

Take note that also mentions "support for competitive gameplay" which sounds like charging for private server settings like for example promod which would kill a lot of the leagues dead for MW2.
